Pastor Ruby Barruel
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Pastor Ruby Barruel, a native of California, grew up in the city of Pittsburg. She attended local area public schools and is a graduate of Pittsburg Sr. High School. She has been married to Pastor Steve Barruel for 38 years. They have 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Pastor Ruby was ordained in October 2003 and continues to serve as one of the Associate Pastors at the Renewal Church. In addition, she co-leads with Pastor Steve as Family Pastors. They oversee Renewal Groups, Renewal Youth, Renewal Kids and other ministries.
Pastor Ruby pursued her certification on Life Coaching in October 2019 and received her certification with California Coaching Collaborative in February 2020. Her formal training background includes a degree in Life Coaching from Light University. She has completed courses on Marriage, Relationship/Connection, Family Stress Management and Health.
As a Certified Life Coach, her heart is to help clients develop a healthy balance in life, give guidance in decision making, offer support in navigating difficulties and establish a plan to move forward.
